Grandma and Grandpa came to town last weekend! They got to stay a little longer than usual, and we had a great time. We played pinochle, watched baseball, and of course the kiddos loved all the attention. The first day they were here, we went to a friend's garden and picked a ton of fresh green beans. I now have a freezer full -- yum!!

That afternoon, I stayed home processing the huge pile of beans, and everyone else took off for some fun at the pool:

One night, Greg and I got to go out to dinner for an 11th anniversary celebration! Many thanks to Grandma and Grandpa for this fun (and quiet) evening.
