We had such a wonderful holiday season, and I hope you all did too! Our family spent Christmas day at our house before traveling to visit family the week after Christmas. Today I'll post some pictures from our celebrations at home. Stay tuned for a later post with pictures from our trip!
First, making Christmas cookies:
Opening our stockings the night before Christmas:

| Kiddos in bed, and presents all ready for Christmas morning |

On the adoption front:
We had a home study meeting with our social worker this past week. We only have one more meeting left, and that will be when she comes to our house. It is amazing to me that our home study is nearing completion! I know this process will involve a lot of waiting, but so far it has felt like things have gone very fast. Once our home study is finished, the next step is to send it to US immigration to get approval to bring an orphan into the country. After that, we start sending things to China!
In my last post, I mentioned the possibility of switching to Hong Kong. That option is not officially off the table yet, but it is looking more and more like we will be staying with China.
